Hi,
Recently I have noticed that my bios isn't saving any changes I make after the computer has been shutdown. The settings will work intially but once the computer has been shutdown it will revert back to the default settings of the motherboard.
I have:
Changed the battery on the motherboard.
Reinstalled the bios
Cleared the CMOS
Lowered CPU speed
Unplugged and reconnected everything in my computer, including the ram.
I'm 100% that I hit save when leaving the bios.
None of this has made a difference.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97P-D3
Does this point to a failing motherboard?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
