so I built a new pc little over a month ago. just yesterday I started hearing a buzzing noise from my monitor speakers, but only while gaming not when i tab to desktop. I muted them but could still hear it. so I unplugged the audio in and noticed I could hear the sound coming from my tower. so I then opened my tower and check the video card by swapping in an old one i had, still hear it. from what i can tell the sound is coming from near the CPU, between heatsink and rear ports. Ive tried a tons of solutions I found online about turning off cpu power saving options in the BIOS but no help. any ideas? any info that would help just let me know the sound is driving me crazy #newpcproblems

edit specs: windows 7 --- ---EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650 G 80 PLUS GOLD ---- ---i5 -----ASRock H97M Pro4 LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard evga gtx760

rest was from older build and worked fine...

I am not the smartest guy in the world, but I would say try swapping out the cpu fan, could be a bearing going out. woth a shot if you have a spare cooler running around. Just a thought.
