which one is better in performance

if i use i7 10700k on both ...
which will perform better and how much is the difference in performance

Given that they are the same vendor and I can see no visual difference between the VRM configuration, functionally identical. Probably if compared they would be within margin of error of each other.

Really you should be looking at board features that you want other then the basics.
