Motherboard Compatibility

I have a simple question here.. Does Intel DH67cl motherboard supports Ivy bridge CPUs? I did a google search and i got to know that i should have the latest bios revision.. I checked and i think my motherboard is compatible but i just want to make sure.. These are the details i found about motherboard..

Yeah i already tried searching and i faced some problems.. This website says that (http://www.missingremote.com/news/2012-03-07/not-all-h67-motherboards-will-support-ivy-bridge) every H67 motherboard wont support ivy.. There are 2 columns for DH67CL..

22nm-Ready AA#s - AAG10212-210 or later
22nm-Capable AA#s - AAG10212-206

I can see the first AA number is exact number as my motherboard.. What is the second one? All i want to make sure.. I know i am a idiot and new to this..
