Motherboard diagnostic cards (POST diagnostics)

I've not had much call to use one of these lately. Most ATX-format motherboards nowadays come with their own LED status code displays.

I've run into the unfortunate situation that I need to debug an ASRock H77M-ITX board. It comes with only one PCI-e slot, no internal speaker header (at least not that I can find) and it's not completing POST.

My PC Analyzer card from way back has pins to slot into an ISA bus (don't laugh!) or a PCI slot.

Newer cards on Newegg, Amazon and eBay all seem to have only mini-PCIe connectors and/or PCI-Express for laptops or something along those lines.

There's a high-end card available from Passmark, but I'm not in the market for a $250 card. $20 is more my price range.

Anyone here knows of a POST diagnostic card that will function in a PCI-e slot?

oh, in case someone didn't know. The models with USB on them actually requires a printer port to function - the USB is to deliver power to the board. They don't read diag codes over the USB.
