Motherboard disconnected from power and cant strat to boot menue

My Asrock x79 extream 4 MB dose not read any power from the psu i checked all other items but they all fin the CPU,GPU,PSU, RAM they are all work will the problem is from the MB so how can i fix thix

i did try another psu but the problem is from and my psu in another pc adn its worked the motherboard is the one cant read any power
