[SOLVED] Motherboard DOA or incompatible CPU?

I'm using a ASRock b450m hdv motherboard and a Ryzen 3 3200g, when turning the PC on none of the fans start spinning or anything, my keyboard lights up however.
Just wondering if it's my motherboard or if I need to get a ryzen 1 or 2 to do a BIOs update and if that's normal behavior for unsupported CPU's?
Any help would be super useful, thank you!

I think that what's happening, could be what happens if you don't have the right BIOS.
I'm seeing there are two versions of the 3200g and with the one version you need BIOS P3.10 or later and the other version you need BIOS P3.20 or later.
