Probably no chance at all, but in case I've misunderstood, perhaps you could clarify your question a little:
1. Do you mean the following models?

2. What exactly are you planning on swaping:? e.g. if it's the above laptopcs, are you going to put the mobo plus cpu etc in the case, just keeping the case and (reconnecting) the screen?
Or are you suggesting that you'll just magically swap the mobo and ?? plug in the cpu etc ??!! That's not going to work.

I suspect whatever you would like to do just won't work - the above computers are just completely different and even if they weren't dell computers tend to be quite locked down wrt bios/ uefi.
