I wanted to buy a Asus Strix Z370-f motherboard which has 1 x M.2_FAN connector
1 x CPU Fan connector(s)
1 x CPU OPT Fan connector(s)
2 x Chassis Fan connector(s)
1 x AIO PUMP Header. can i use this connector as a case fan connector?

You can , whether it'll allow co,trol,of the fans rpm will depend on whther it's 3 or 4 pin & if it's 3 pin whether it allows voltage control.

Worst case , it'll run full speed.

i wanna use 4pin pwm fans in this headers because i want to use asus fan control software via this connector with pwm fans
