B760 pro msi is the motherboard Motherboard flashes 2 times red cpu 2 times yellow dram and no display and unable to get into bios the flashes stop then a white vga light flash i have reseated ram 3 times reseated cpu 1 time no clue what 2 do

The motherboard power supply cpu cpu cooler are all new the other co.ponents are from my working pc and i dont know what my motherboard bios is bc i can access bios
