Motherboard for a new configuration?

I need some help regarding which motherboard i should take for a new configuration that I'm building.
Originally i was going to take - ASUS H81M-E, 1150, Intel® H81, DDR3,1333,1600 MHz. But the store that I'm purchasing at recently ran out of this particular mb, so which should i take for a replacement?
There are several different versions of the H81M... R is a smaller version, which i could take but I'm not sure if thats a great option as the other parts would be crowded.
Or should i take H81M-K or H81M-C?

The rest of the configuration is:

CPU Intel Pentium G3220, 3.00GHz,512KB,3MB, Haswell
DDR3 4GB (1x4GB) Crucial, 1600MHz CL11
MSI R7 250X 1GD5, 1GB GDDR5 128GB, DVI + HDMI + Display Port
TOSHIBA 500GB, 7200rpm, SATA 6 Gb/s, 32MB, DT01ACA050
PSU FORTRON 400W, HEXA Plus 400, 12cm ventilator
Case MS Phoenix.

H81M-K or H81M-C, or ASUS H81M-E, they are almost same. Check the link for details. http://www.asus.com/uk/Compare/ So either H81M-K or H81M-C will be fine.

It says MS Phoenix supports ''MBO: ATX, mATX''. H81M-K is µATX, but H81M-C is mATX.
So i guess i should go for the H81M-C?

Even the µATX is little bit smaller, but the screw holes for the standoffs will be same. But either one will be compatible.

Yeah, i took the H81M-K since it's cheaper and the total price is same as with H81M-E.
