yes it's a very good one.personally i prefer gigabyte or intel motherboards because they are ultra reliable than asus from my experience i had many problems with asus budget motherboards they don't lasts longer max life will be 3-4years but intel boards offer rock stability even more then 6years as their products are meant for it but if u want a feature and reliable board i suggest you gigabyte .asus board are expensive but they all don't need to be highly reliable motherboards recent records say that asus has more warranty return motherboards.
if u are living in india i would like u change ur power supply to seasonic

In the last coupole of weeks I did two build with this processor, and one was with a Gigabyte Z77-D3H. This board gave me a lot of trouble with boot loops and even does a boot-reboot on hard boot to date, so I wouldn't recommend this board if you can avoid it. Hope this helps?

at present u won't be needing any additional cooler since the temperatures in the state is freezing but on summer season it will become hot so i recommend u to buy a good cpu cooler like cooler master hyper 212 evo.what is the cabinet u are going to buy?

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo would work well if your local temperatures are get to high for the stock cooler to work well but the case that you select to go with this case is important becase it will led to the how much airflow the processor gets.
