Could someone explain me what's the difference between these 2 motherboards: ASROCK B360M Pro4 vs ASROCK B360 Pro4
Which one would be better for i5 8400? That's the configuration I am going to get
CPU: i5-8400
RAM: 2x8GB 2666Mhz Corsair
HDD: 1TB WD Blue
PSU: Corsair CX450 450W Bronze
I am going to buy a video card after time. Probably gtx 1060 6gb or gtx 1070.

b360 is ATX form
if u want to buy 1060 or 1070 cards better buy new PSU mate
good quality 550 psu will be good choice

better get the supernova 550,u will get better quality than those 600w that u mention

Corsair cx450 is absolutely fine for gpu's up to a gtx 1070.

in the most configurations with i5 8400 and gtx 1070 they use more than 450W. Is Corsair CX550M a good psu?
