Motherboard for intel i5 4690

Hey, i need help. I will buy thursday an i5 4690 and i dont know what motherboard to choose!
I receive few recommandations like:

As Rock: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Pro4/

Is anyone good enough for the future, better functions, more solid capacitors?
I don't need OC.

The link to the second one showed an Asus H97 pro - OK

The link to the third one showed an ASRock Z97 - no

So out of those 3 use the middle one.

ASRock is Z97. You need H97

Z97 is for overclocking cpu - Intel cpu with number ending in 'K'

H97 is for cpu that does not overclock like the i5 4690.
