Motherboard for me

Hello everyone,

So uh,i noticed there are different motherboard with different prices.I want to know if what's the difference between themselves and what do we get "more" if we bought a more expensive one?

I am looking for a motherboard that's new and is a "bang for the buck".

well what are your specs we cannot reccomend a mobo if we dont know what your cpu is what type of ram eg ddr2 or ddr3 what are your specs

I intend to use it with a i5 4690k and GTX 970.

ok so your going to need ddr3 ram and the motherboard needs to have an 1150 cpu socket , by the way how much wattage is your psu i reccomend 600w-650w

the expenisive ones have loads of features but the cheaper ones have less features still great boards also some features do effect the performance i reccomend getting a good mobo

What are these features?Sorry i cannot understand the terminologies used and what features these are,would you mind explaining on what these "loads of features" are and what do they do?

for example on my cheap motherboard i am limiting as i cannot overclock ( you have chosen a cpu which is made to overclock) you want a mobo that allows you to. i have ram 1600mhz although my motherboard is limiting it to 1333mhz so just general features of a motherboard

a cheap motherboard may have pci 2.0 but you have a pci 3.0 graphics card , so get a motherboard which supports pci 3.0 (pci 3.0 is double the bandwidth )

a good motherboard out lasts a cheap one , has lower power draw since high efficiency etc
