Motherboard for OC i5 and SLI

As the title says, i want a motherboard that can handle only 2 cards in SLI (gtx 970) and an overclocked i5 4690k, im not going to OC like a Pro, only until my 212 EVO can´t keep the cpu temps Down

and don´t want to Spend in a motherboard more than i need, OC and SLI

Thanks Guys, you think i can get like 4.4 GHZ with that Motherboard? i heard somewhere thats an easy OC for this chip, and more is only if u get a good chip

With a decent cooler , yes it's possible.
