Question Motherboard for Ryzen 2200g

Using the Ryzen 2200g and probably R9 270 (with 8GB DDR4),
I need a recommendation on a budget motherboard that can handle a slight overclocking (probably on stock cooler)
I saw this ASRock B450M-HDV-R4 for only 60$ :

Then there is the Gigabyte B450M-DS3H for 73$:

I'm not going crazy with my PC, just a simple working machine. Maybe gonna have fun with overclocking, but not too much. Can the ASrock do the job? Or its cheap price comes at a cost? "Too good to be true" thing?

Or any recommendation by you guys at this price range?

i would go for the gigabyte got dvi and hdmi video output also it could use 4 ram sticks
