Motherboard for video editing question

I'm looking at the Intel D875PBZLK and the ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe motherboards. Any advice on which is better for Vegas, video capture, etc.?

The P4C800-E has a bit better memory performance, which is a big deal with video capture. Also it would allow you to overclock, which improves memory performance even more. Of course you want stability, but it is possible to overclock within the LIMITS of stability.
