Question Motherboard GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 not posting, stuck on code 00 with DRAM red LED turned on

I’ve build my the system (all new components) and it is not posting, no signal on Monitor.
CPU pump and fans are working, motherboard displays code 15 for 10 sec, then it gets stuck on error code 00 with DRAM red LED turned on.
I’ve left it like that for more than 20 mins, so it’s not the RAM training.
Code 00 doesn’t appear in the motherboard manual.

I’ve tried different things:

• Connecting just one single stick of RAM in slot A2
• Removing the graphics card and plugging the HDMI cable into the motherboard
• Removing all unnecessary cables from the motherboard
• Resetting the BIOS
• Flashing the BIOS with the latest version: F3f

In each case, the same issue, error code 00 with DRAM red LED turned on. Can't get to BIOS.

My components are:
GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7
AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
AIO pump ARCTIC AC Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB
Corsair Vengeance 2x32GB DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Dual Channel Kit
PSU Be Quiet! Pure Power 12 M, 80+ Gold, 1000W
Geforce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Which slots are the rams populating on the motherboard? Try and inspect the CPU's socket for any bent or broken pins. If that check s out fine, place the cold plate of the AIO on the CPU's IHS without mounting any pressure on them and see if you can get it to POST without the discrete GPU.

The RAM is this one:

I've tried populating the A2 and B2 slots, then I just put one stick into the A2, and then just the other one in A2. Same result: 00 error.

CPU and pins look OK, can't see any bent or broken PIN or another problem.
After putting the CPU back in and attaching the AIO plate without pressure I get the same error code 00 and DRAM red light on.
