Question Motherboard/GPU issue?

I have had an ASUS Z270F with a 1080Ti for over 3 yrs now.
Few weeks back the GPU suddenly stopped outputting any display, used the GPU on a different PC still no output.
So, I tried using a basic spare GPU (Nvidia Quadro 600), still no display output through the GPU's Display port and HDMI
PC works fine when directly connected to MB.
So, is my GPU and the chipset on the MB gone ?

yup, the GPU is for sure busted, doesnt work on other PCs as well.
But the Quadro 600 I used to test the PCIe also didnt output anything, so is the PCIe slot also busted?
How can I test that without a spare GPU? Any diagnostic tools ?
