Motherboard Graphics not Working

My GPU graphics are working, but not the motherboard graphics. I ordered from IBUYPOWER.com and everything is great on it, but frustrating that the motherboard graphics arent working. It does have integrated graphics, anyone have any possible solutions?

What cpu do you have? If the cpu does not come with integrated graphic, it will not work. Like the intel Xeon e3 1230 V3. If the cpu do have the iGPU, download and install the iGPU driver either from gigabyte or intel stie.

Ιf you pluged an external gpu then its normal for the igpu to be disabled,also you can try use your system without gpu and install the proper drivers from intel page.

Also you may go into the BIOS to make sure to set both GPUs are on in the graphics section, check the MB manual. lifespill did point it out, the default BIOS setting will be like in auto, that means if you have discrete gpu, and the iGPU wil be disabled.

so it is possible to have both enabled so they both work at same time? I'm wanting to attach additional monitors hdmi, but GPU only has 1 hdmi and the MB has 1....so i just need to go into BIOS to enable them?

Yes. And yes, you have to go into the BIOS to set it up. Also install the Intel HD Graphics 4600 driver too.
