motherboard has less power rating than processor

I have an Asrock N86C-GS FX motherboard rated at 95W which is combined with an AMD phenom IIx4 975 rated at 125W TDP .Have been running for 1.5 years.Is the higher power rating of processor harmful for the computer ?

It will likely run fine for a while but the board will have a shortened lifespan since you are going to be stressing the VRMs harder.

i am surprised that combo still working again

you will need a very very good ventilation in the pc case
