Motherboard HDMI port or GPU HDMI port?

What's the difference between these 2 ports? Does one have an advantage over the other?

ALWAYS choose the graphics card port.
Short answer.

Long answer :
The motherboard port is an iGPU. It's integrated into the CPU and motherboard, and takes away some of the CPU and RAM capacity.

The Graphics Card is MUCH better. It is solely dedicated to processing the display, and chip away at the usage of the CPU and RAM.

The discrete graphics card is almost certainly better that the motherboard's on-board graphics so you should connect your monitor to the graphics card HDMI port.
