Motherboard Identification

Can anyone tell me what type of motherboard I have. 10/09/97
-i430tx, ITE 8680-2A59IH2HC-00 It has a AMD-K6 266 chip, is it upgradeable to a bigger chip? it has a 6.4 harddrive can I add another or put a bigger harddrive on? I have two sticks of 32 pc100 ram can it handle two sticks of 64?

The manufacturer comes up as Holco which is related to Shuttle. Try a search on <www.motherboards.org> using the physical characteristics of the board, type & quantity of slots etc.
