Motherboard installation help

I am installing my asus crosshair into my case, i just finished putting on the heastsink. Now, my case came with some spacers and washer pad things, and i'm just wondering exactly how i should put these on.

PS. It would be great if you could reply in this thread as it is where i orginally asked it.

Do you mean brass standoffs?

And are the washers metal or non-conductive?
