Hello, and thanks for your attention, so recently i had a big problem with my desktop, so basically it had a problem with sticky keys even though there wasn't a option to solve it via the menu of acess facility center>keyboard function ease, something i learned as one of the options to probbably try to solve my problem of the sticky keys, once i tried to disable them the box would appear as disabled and if i checked, dischecked the box it would still be bugged and just appear as not on when it was on, and i figured it was a sticky key because i tried to use the monitor keyboard and the alt key was pressed on continously and when i tried to normally type something it just wouldn't let me, examples of what would happen are that some keys wouldn't work some would repeat themselves and block, it would active the several windows and brousers menu windows, and clicking esc and typing actually resets the effect of the problem and sometimes clicking alt does too, just for some keys, it all started with a problem of the speaker that just self muted while typing when it still did not have this sticky key problem, then it just appeared. It also has the problem in every other part of connectivity like per exemple accessing the bios, i tried the keyboard on another computer and it did work correctly so it's not the keyboard problem. It is a usb keyboard, I do not have another keyboard to test for the problem, but i googled for help for my problem and everything i tried did not work, so the last thing i tried was reimaging the disk so i cleaned the disk with dban, and tried to install a new windows 7 through boot in a windows 7 disc and it does not just read the disc even, all it says is "Reboot and Select Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" so if you can help me with my problem in any way, i'll be thankfull, i don't have no money, only for a cheap keyboard to try in the future, but that's all, i'd like to just fix the problem without having to buy a new motherboard or whatever it might be.
thank you, hope for good.

If your keyboard is bad - you won't be able to "press any key to boot from the DVD", or press "DEL" to enter BIOS. I keep a cheap $5 keyboard laying around for this purpose.....

You have to enter the BIOS to change the boot order to the optical drive (or USB stick) - then boot (if it is the DVD, you will have to press any key when the warning comes up).

i forgot to mention that i can navigate through the bios pressing esc and it blocks the alt sticky key while i do it and navigate it in a tricky but workable way and i made it set to cd drive and i still got the problem it possibly does not read the dvd

i'll try that and update this soon, thanks for the help, the keyboard part
