Question Motherboard lights up, no fans, no boot up

Hello everyone
Recently I decided to jump straight into the PC community and started collecting parts to build my own PC. I am very new and am trying my best, however I have come across a problem. My motherboard lights up, but I get no power to the power button and no fans actually start up. I have done a bunch of research but nothing I try works. I thought I would come down here and ask the experts.

My specs:
PSU: Corsair CX550M
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
Motherboard: ASRock B450 Gaming K4
Case: Phanteks P300 Eclipse

Did you connect the case buttons/lights to the motherboard header properly? Your motherboard manual will show you how to do this.
