Motherboard lit and Graphics card lit but won't turn on.

Built my new pc yesterday, tried to get it up and running but it didn't work there weren't even any lights on. So today I took case apart to have a look around and seen a cable had slipped out of PSU, so I plug it back in turn on PSU switch and see motherboard power button come onto a orange light and my graphics card have 2 white lights above where VGA cables are in. So i try to turn pc on but still nothing, this is furthest I have gotten. I thought once I seen lights that meant things where happening, so does anyone know what's causing it to not turn on now even with lights?

Its a decent system with decent parts, have a look through that guide i posted.

I'm hoping you're using standoff's under your motherboard and not letting it touch the case, that will certainly short things.

I can only find 1 standoff in my bag of screws, why didn't they supply more. Looks like I will have to spend more money buying standoff screws

Looking at the case specs, it already has standoffs with a center pin or peg that slips in the middle of the motherboard. Sorry for the confusion.

I actually just read manual, there's no mention of standoffs. Edit : Ah just seen your post above, no worries
