Question Motherboard: maximum temperature?

Hi guys.
I'm messing with old moboes.
I want to try to reflow the solders of a video card with the heat gun (reflow) but I'm still not smart enough.
The laptop mobo bears a maximum of about 100 ° C but the melting point of the tin is about 231.
I no longer want to replace moboes in laptops to pass the time.
I would now like to try to repair the mobo and the video card failure is one of the most common defects.
What do you tell me about it?

I think it will be very tricky...if not impossible....to reflow solder on a circuit board with a heat gun and not damage components.
