Question Motherboard not detecting any SATA devices

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
MSI b450 Tomahawk
16GB RAM
GTX 1070 8GB
BOOT SSD
2 HDDs
600W PSU
Corsair 100r Carbide Case

Turned on computer, took me to BIOS. Tried booting into my SSD and it displayed that no SATA devices were present. Have since reset defaults in BIOS and tried unplugging everything not needed except for the SSD. Tried different ports, cables, still nothing. Any ideas?

WHERE says no SATA devices?

Have you connected both SATA data and SATA power?

Is there an OS on the drive already?

The BIOS says when any SATA drives are plugged in that they are not present. The SSD is the boot drive and has worked up until turning it on recently.
