Question Motherboard not detecting GPU and its fans won't spin

So I changed my bios settings yesterday to increase my ram speed but after I restarted my pc my motherboard didn't recognise my GPU and its fans stopped spinning, tried resetting bios via CMOS battery still nothing, here are my specs CPU Ryzen 7 3800x, GPU gigabyte OC 5700xt, motherboard msi x570-a pro, PSU Corsair vs550. O and btw my GPU gets power and it's lights turn on and everything just he fans don't spin. I've had this pc for about a year with no issues but as I said this happened yesterday

Your PSU is under-powered per AMD's recommendations (600w). I would recommend a quality 650w (at a minimum) PSU.

A week before I put in a new wifi card, could that be pushing the voltage to the limit so my PSU is freaking out?
