Motherboard not displaying

Hi recently I bought new parts for the holidays to make a build. I bought and AMD FX 6350 and a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-UsB3. Whenever I turn it on, I get a blank screen. The fan runs, the power lights turn on butn othing else does. Is there any troubleshoot or fix i can do?

Already did, no success.

What's the board revision?
And what are the 4 digits after SN in the board's serial (SN14..)?

Then it should work. Have you tested with single RAM module in each slot? What ports using for connecting the monitor (DVI to DVI)?

Yes, ive tried all 4 slots and DVI to DVI

At this point I suggest connecting a case speaker to the motherboard, starting it with only CPU and CPU fan installed and see if any beeps.
