Question Motherboard not recognizing new RAM

Hi so I bought two new Corsair vengeance 3600MHZ rams for my PC
But when ever I plug them the system doesn't show any display nor keyboard and mouse lightning.
I've tried removing the CMOS battery but it didn't work either
My Motherboard is Asus tuf Z490 gaming plus and my Bios version is 1001
Is my bios too old for this or anything?

have you checked the motherboard support pages to confirm that this memory kit is officially supported?

I think they do support it because it's the same as the old one all 4 kits are same model

Yes multiple times it's the other two slots that I wasn't using before causing the issue the new rams are in the older slots

mixing kits is never guaranteed.
they may not include the same parts down to the lowest inclusion.

if you want to upgrade memory the best bet is always to buy a new set that is packaged together and guaranteed to run together.

Put only the new RAM in slots A2 & B2 and test. Mixing RAM from different kits can cause problems.

I haven't tried it again gonna do today
I noticed the orange and red lights switching when I put the rams in A1 A2
Since I built this PC only B1 B2 slots were used the issue only lies in A1 and A2
i don't know if updating bios would fix it

I've updated the bios and it's still not working same red and orange lights

you have removed the original 2x modules and tried with only the new kit in the B1 & B2 slots?
