Hey i recently bought asus H81 -plus and I5 4670k. When i turn on pc i will get just black screen. No beebs nothing, even if i remove all memory i still wont get any beebs. Here's a thing I have 385w power supply its pretty old by now...Is that the problem? I used intergraded video card not extended. I also try to remove CMOS.

Test your PSU first (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4). okay so if the PSU fan spins fine, take the mobo outside of the case and place it on something safe. Next connect the 24 pin plug to your motherboard as well as the system fan. Don't install your cpu or cpu fan. Turn on the power supply and note if the psu fan as well as the systems fan spins. If it doesn't then it's likely your motherboard is busted. But if the systems fan does spin, install the cpu and cpu fan. Power it up again and see if all the fans spin, if they dont spin then you know your CPU/ cpu fan is the issue. However, if all the fans spin, next place your RAM, power it up and if the fans don't spin then the RAM is the issue and vice versa. Just play around with it and maybe test the systems fan with the CPU fan at the same time. Just make sure that when you test the cpu fan, you've got the 4/8 pin plug from the PSU powering it.

That 375W PSU should be plenty, you're pulling well under 200W with just the mobo and CPU. Do you have another PC handy? Swap bits back and forth between them, you'll soon know which component is causing the problem because the PC won't start! Start with the power lead, most of us have several spares in a box somewhere - and don't forget to check the obvious things like the fuse. Most mobo's have a LED somewhere that lights up as soon as it has power. Unplug the 24 pin lead and see if any of the wires are loose or wiggly. If your PSU is that old, make sure it actually has a 24 pin plug - the old 20 pin plug is not gonna do it if your mobo has a 24 pin socket.

I tried all of that and all of the fans are spinning but still not beeps. Just one things bothers me all the time. When i press power button all fans starts spining but cpu fan is steady then it turns just a little bit and little bit again and then its start spining. And its spins very slow.

Again, start with the simple things: remove the fan from the heatsink, make sure it spins freely without rattling, and remove any dust or pet hair from the heatsink - it's amazing how much debris can get stuck in there.

The fans are turning so at least some power must be getting through. But it should be beeping 🙁

The fan is completrly clean without dust. When I try CPU fan with old motherboard and procesor it spining fast..but when i use id on new motherboard and CPU it spins slow

if you already tried to bring out the mobo on the case and test it,clear cmos, tried new psu then it's time to get a new motherboard.
