Motherboard ports notworking

Hi so i have a msi b75-ma-p45 motherboard. And i was going to install windows 7 becuase the driver to radeon 4890 only is on 8 7 vista and xp. But when i restarted my pc and i was about to get into bios with the usb windows. And then my usb ports dosent work. I cant even get into windows now. Cuase i formated the hhd in this computer on another pc that i have. So problem i dont have windows installed and my usb ports dosent work.... someone maybe know how to fix? Pls

Are you using the port on your motheboard or case? Also use a non USB 3.0 port if you have the option

I have tried both of them... nothing
