You use the top nine standoffs. With the exception of a couple standoffs that Micro ATX has and ATX doesn't (which aren't usually needed anyway), Micro ATX is just ATX with the bottom 3 slots chopped off.

All ATX cases are Micro ATX and Mini ITX compatible.
