motherboard problems, help :P

i am sending this too the manufacturer. is there something i'm missing that could fix my problem or is the motherboard defective like i think it is. thanks. here is my message to them:

just built a new computer with your (gigabyte) motherboard, but i can't get it too work properly. there is always another problem that arises. for example:


computer sometimes does not get past the bios screen saying disk error. even though i have done multiple chkdsk (disk checks, and found no errors.) (brand new samsung evo 850 ssd)
sometimes it loads automatic windows repair. but does not allow me to repair anything inside windows repair tool.
sometimes it gets stuck on a windows loading screen and will stay on that forever.
sometimes it starts normally and works fine.
2 of the usb ports are defectively manufactured.
usb ports only work if inserted before starting the system. plug and play doesn't work after the system is on.
sd card reader doesn't function anymore but the sd card works fine in other devices.
in the bios when i scan for a network the whole computer freezes forever and requires a manual reboot.

i have downloaded and installed all the gigabyte drivers/utities etc for my motherboard.
I have installed all windows updates.
I have check my disk for errors
I have installed via usb 3.0
I have put power option on high performance and made usb suspend disabled.
I have installed all neccessary programs required to function.
I have tried to q-flash my bios however it will not find my usb device while in this menu. so i can't do that either.

basically you are selling a complete pile of crap and i want a refund.

so anything more i can do? or is the motherboard crap?

Do you try reinstall the OS?

The problem may relate to the part defected or the parts are not compatible.

So can you post your pc specifications? If the Mb is DOA you just return it to gigabyte for warranty. Or return to the retail for refund if you bought the MB within 30 days, like in USA.

cpu-fx6300
psu-corsair cx600
ssd: samsung evo 850
1x8gb ddr3 1866 ram. (tried to put it at 1333 but motherboard won't save ram settings for whatever reason)
atx case
sd card reader

all new

I was going to reinstall windows but it's my brothers computer and he didnt want me too do it. ill ask him again though
