Question Motherboard problems

Hi,so,i ve made a pc 1 month ago,so i have some problems.(With MSI support,its hard to fix this,they respond once at 2 or 3 days,and still doesen t help me,they just ask questions..)

1.Motherboard temperature sensors are broke,i think,it shows 127c and 126c,always in hwmonitor,in bios it says 25c,but stay always at that temperature
2.Boot logo doesen t appear,motherboard didn t came with last bios,(even with old bios didn t show boot logo),so i updated it,still nothing
3.Cpu temperature its low,like 28 at idle with 23 room temperature,and underload it stays 59-60 after 2 hours in aida64(Same temperature like my old cpu,i5 2400,this made me sus)

Mobo:Msi a320m a pro max
Cpu:Ryzen 5 1600af(With deepcool gammax 200t cpu cooler)
Ram:8gb at 3000mhz

1. Those temps can't indeed be right, if they were accurate your pc would have powered itself down to save your components
can you try to use speccy, to check your temps?

1. For your bios splash screen, you should check under bios options, there should be an option somewhere like "Full Screen Logo Display" , you should enable this
2. those temps seem fine, given the cooler, but I cant speak of personal experience

Its enable,but,its just black screen,but the pc boots fine to windows,i m gonna come back in a few minutes with temps from speccy

maybe try a cmos reset, just take out the mobo battery for 5 mins (power off system, remove batt, wait 5 mins, replug battery, boot pc)
This will revert your bios to standard settings, this does NOT affect bios updates)

So,i ran 2 cinebench r20 to see cpu and mobo temperature,cpu maxed out at 56,and mobo at 42,but i got 100pts less,voltage its set to 1.280 by me(default was around 1.35-1.4)

no idea, but did you try speccy for the temps?, if speccy also reports different temps we can say that hwmonitor is giving false results

So,Speecy gives me 30 at idle and 42 underload at mobo temperature,but the logo doesen t appear,i don t know what to do to show that boot logo,i did remove cmos battery,waited 5 minutes or more,and plug back in,but nothing..

if the show bios spalsh screen is enabled, in the bios, i'm out of ideas

Me too,i m just gonna give up if msi support don t respond with an ideea or answer,Thanks anyway!

I truly give up on msi support and then anyways for creating this thread hope so I will find something good here.
