Hi tech-minds.
My motherboard MSI B75MA-P45 is broken and I need to replace it with other one. Best if it's still manufactured, because I would prefer a new one instead of buying a used one and it should be available to buy in Europe and not very costy too.
This MSI was real crap, it caused very strange malfunctions of SSD disks after switching SATA cables, it also showed 8.5V instead of 12V in BIOS/UEFI (I'm not sure why). Is MSI any good option for motherboards? Please provide some good suggestions.

New motherboard should have the following features:
- RELIABLE with good BIOS/UEFI
- format: micro-ATX
- must have TPM 2.0 (it can be added as separate chip, but must have possibility to connect it)
- CPU socket: LGA 1155 for Xeon E3
- 4 sockets for RAM: DDR3 (should support 16GB but 32GB would be better)
- 1 PCI-Excess for graphic card (I think it should be PCI-Express x16 3.0, but 2.0 will probably also work)
- SATA 3 for SSD disks, at least 2 sockets
- PCI-Express or some other interface for NVMe disk would a good option, but it's not a must
- 2 USB 3.0 port at least
- at least 4 more USB ports of any type (can be USB 2.0)
- integrated sound card
- front panel connector
- connectors for fans built into micro-ATX chasis (at front and back)
