As it says in the title I am building my own computer for the first time and would like a recommendation for a motherboard that is compatible with both the GeForce GTX 970 graphics card and the Intel Core i5-4690K CPU. This pc is a somewhat budget build which is why if possible I would like the motherboard to be at most $70. USB 3.0 is preferred and I will be probably putting in two 4gb sticks of ram if that makes a difference at all. Also, if at all possible I would like to have a decent audio card. Any case and power supply recommendations would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Edit: after looking at power supplies and case options I noticed how difficult they are to pick out which is why I would really like a power supply and case recommendation as well as the motherboard. In total I have about $150 for all three of those although if it goes over that by a little bit then it's not a big deal.

really you need supple power for an I5 and a 970 Asus makes some good boards with good sound however i use their higher end board so you will have to do some economical shopping

Thanks for the reply, so do you think a 500 power supply would be enough? What else should I look for in a power supply and mobo to make sure they're compatible?
