Motherboard replacement help

I am replacing current motherboard due to out of date sockets and such. My case limits me to Micro-ATX boards, and I am looking to get an FX processor for gaming. So I need an AM3+ socket. Here are 2 boards I am looking at for my replacement:

I am new in this category of computer hardware as I have never had to replace a motherboard before, I have only done a CPU, PSU, RAM, and GPU. So I need some help when picking this out. My planned specs are going to be this:

Processor: AMD FX-6350 @ stock speed (3.9 ghz) w/ stock cooling
GPU: GTX 960 4GB Windforce 2x OC edition
PSU: TR2 RX 650w
