Motherboard resources is not in device manager

I recently was updating my drivers with driver easy and i downloaded the new driver for motherboard resources by microsoft buy i cant find it anywhere in device manager. I was looking on the web and forums about it and the only link i found told me to go into computer management > preformance > system > (my computer) but ''(my computer)'' is not there. I need help finding this.

in device manager click view then click show hidden devices. There you should see 8 motherboard resources under system devices. Try updating all of them.
