Parts:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170x gaming 7
Gpu: evga gtx 950
Ram: ballistix sport 8gb
Cpu: intel i3-6100 LGA1151

It will start for a couple seconds, then shut off and start again, in a loop. No display, debug says c1 DC and eco wll blink. All parts start and then shut off with the computer's loop. I am fairly new to computerus. Pls help

You look in the manual.
the CLR_CMOS jumper is down in the bottom corner of the board where the front panel connects (power butt etc). with the computer off, you just put a jumper on it for a few seconds.

If you have only the one stick of RAM put it in the second slot away from the CPU. Pull the video card and use the onboard video and see if it posts
