Motherboard screws help?

When i screw in the motherboard should i aplly a little force to get it hanging good in there?. when i did inside of the small circkles where you screw the screws in, well it like fell a little stuff of the motherboard like it was scraped of by the screws. I presonally think its fine but should i be alaremd of something?

You'll be fine as long as you haven't cross threaded them
