I don't know but is peculiar problem.. I have msi b560m bazooka mobo and gigabyte rx 6700 xt gpu.. Sometimes when I turn on the pc, I see white light on mobo (white light stands for vga), then I press restart button on case, computer boots up smoothly.. It just happens sometime, not everytime.. It has not caused me any problem, but just I want to know the cause.

Cpu is i7 11700f, ram 24gb, gpu already mentioned 2.5 yrs and still in warranty.

I have attached video for the same issue.. Just ignore the background voice.. My phone camera is not good..

Not that it necessarily has anything to do with this, but what's your DRAM setup. It's some sort of mismatch given that you said you have 24GB.

I'd suggest reseating the video card and making sure the PCIe slot is clean.
1x16 gb adata xpg gammix d30 8gb 3200mhz ddr4 and corsair vengeance lpx 8gb 3200mhz ddr running at dual channel at cl 16 latency

Okay that's a mess waiting to happen if it's even working correctly now which I doubt. You need to be using DRAM that has the exact same timings and sub timings which is why matched sets are generally recommended.

I don't really think that has anything to do with the random GPU not being detected, but it's not good for your system stability.
