Motherboard standby light solid red, no power at all throughout PC

Motherboard - Asus Strix B250F
CPU - i7 6700k
PSU - VS650w
Ram - 8 gb g skill

Last night, water spilled into my pc which i instantly turned off, i cleaned it out and booted it and it was working for many hours completely fine, i left the house for a while to find my pc won’t boot and there is a solid orange light at the standby led when switched on

Also my motherboard is rgb lights, every 5-10 seconds, they flicker on and off for some reason

I have tried replacing the ram, checking all cables are plugged in and also holding the power button for 30 seconds once turned off, what else can i do?

Ask someone ( like the local PC shop, your friends) for help to test the parts one by one, before you buy the new components. But it depends on where the water was going, that may kill the MB, PSU, CPU, etc.
