Motherboard Suggestion Help

Hello Everyone,
I think I have a problem with my motherboard and probably I need to replace. Any suggestions for the best motherboard I can buy? What Happened? So my pc start to have blue screen or sometimes just frozen and restarting. When restart give me 1 long beep and 2 shorts beeps and no display and sometimes start but give black screen with message boot failure system. So I changed already my memory ram, my hard disk and the cable, I removed my Graphic Card and also I formatted my windows and res-installed again but still the same problem. So I think and is my last option is my motherboard have some problem, also I updated my motherboard for F8 version in Bios. Any help please?

What is the make and model of your PSU and how old is it? I think we should work towards solving the issue at hand instead of throwing money at it Does the freezes occur when your system is breadboarded?

My PSU is case psu 500w atx2.03 (p4) 4/5 years. Sorry for my ignorance, but what you mean system in breadboarded? he freezes or give me bluescreen when I just browse in windows sometimes pc work fine for a few hours and another times i just 5 minutes

Yes h61 motherboards are suitable for 3rd gen intel cpu.

My PSU is case psu 500w atx2.03 (p4) 4/5 years, I tried with breadbroad (only motherboard, 1 ram, CPU and PSU) but still same problem

Gigabyte is best opinion.
I have 3 year old gigabyte board.
