Is there a motherboard that supports ryzen 5 3600 with gpr48gb2400c16dc (2x4gb) and cmk16gx4m2a2666c16 (2x8gb) together

That combination of RAM might work together on any board with 4 DIMM slots. However, you will only be able to get the speed of the slowest RAM. Note for a long time the only way to be sure that RAM modules will work together is when they are bought in a kit. I have had luck getting non paired modules to work together. For example I have 32GB in my desktop but they modules were bought at different times. That being said they are all the same speed and timings. I have a desktop at work with 48GB RAM with RAM from 3 different manufacturers and it works just fine. However, I upped the RAM on a work laptop from 8GB - 12GB and it didn't like it and would freeze up all the time.

So only cmk16gx4m2a2666c16 (2x8gb) should work fine with ryzen 5 3600 and a b450 motherboard?
If you get a motherboard with 4 DIMM slots you can try putting all the RAM into it and seeing if it is stable. There is no guarantee it will be but what do you have to lose besides a bit of time. The system at work with 48GB RAM is a Ryzen 5 1400 Pro on a B350 motherboard. The 1st Gen Ryzens were well know for having a very picky memory controller. The 3rd Gen Ryzens are much more forgiving in the RAM department.
