No, LGA1150 (the i7 4970k) only fits in LGA1150 motherboards.
LGA 1151 (the b150 mobo) is only compatible with LGA 1151 cpu's

So your i7 wont work with that motherboard.
Search for an LGA1150 motherboard instead :)
