Motherboard Swap Windows Activation?

Alright guys,
I swapped out my board for a new one.
Now Windows is saying that I can't use my product key again?
I have an OEM copy of Windows 7 Home Premium and when I swapped out the boards I formatted my SSD and installed windows again.
Whats going on here, any ideas?

You have an OEM copy of Windows 7 which is tied to your old motherboard and can only be installed on one system, you could phone Microsoft support and tell them that your old motherboard blew up and hope they'll remove the association with your old hardware.

If you are replacing a failed board, Microsoft will typically allow another installation onto a new board.

Hopefully they will, I cant afford to go spending £70+ on another copy of windows.
